Harvest Moon

Harvest Moon (牧場物語) — Super Nintendo, America, Natsume Inc., 1997. Japan: Aug 6, 1996 · America: Jun 1997. From AMERICA: THE EARLY HARVEST MOON in the Harvest Moon Games Gallery.
The first American farm box: a painted barn scene that shares no art with the Japanese original.
The series' first American box, and the two regions share no art: the US box is a painted barn-and-farm scene under a wooden HARVEST MOON sign, where the Japanese box is a circular character medallion. The US box carries the K-A (Kids to Adults) rating — the ESRB's short-lived pre-E mark, itself a dating tool for early printings.
The game also reached the Super Famicom via Satellaview (BS Bokujō Monogatari, Sep 1996) — broadcast, never boxed.
