A deck in which each suit is a game: spades for the 1986 original, diamonds for Ocarina of Time (3D), hearts for The Wind Waker, clubs for Skyward Sword — and a face-card system that casts each game’s villain as its King, Zelda as its Queen and Link as its Jack. Nintendo began as a playing-card company in 1889; this is the founder’s-craft object of the wing, the one set where the maker of the games is also the historic maker of the card form itself. The deck later sold in Australia and New Zealand through the My Nintendo Store.
The deck’s one uniform back is green — a Triforce pattern with Hylian Crests, and a large central Triforce whose segments hold four versions of Link.
Shown here at its verified native size, 593×800, the largest honest copy the Library holds for this object.
No verified back has been sighted for this object yet, so it is shown front-only — SOJ never pairs a front with an unverified back. The hunt for the missing backs continues, and each joins its page the week it verifies.
