Distribution routes (all promotional): GameCube console bundle from Nov 17, 2003; registering a GameCube + two qualifying games at Nintendo's website; Nintendo Power subscription/renewal (GameSpot, Nov 2003). Because there was no retail sale, there is no retail price or standard UPC to census — a copy *with* a barcode is the MobyGames-catalogued "Barcode/Made in USA variant", not the norm, and should be recorded as a variant, not used to "correct" the NFR majority. Do not confuse this disc with the N64 Majora's Mask "Collector's Edition" (MM-US) or the Ocarina CE box (OOT-USCE) — three different objects share the name in this census alone.
