Which Attack on Titan volumes came with anime episodes?

In Japan, new anime used to arrive inside the manga: eight OAD episodes shipped as limited-edition bonuses.

Between seasons, Wit Studio produced original animation DVDs (OADs) that Kodansha sold exclusively as pack-ins with limited editions of the manga, each with its own ISBN and a higher price than the standard volume. The pattern started with volume 12 (December 2013), which carried “Ilse’s Notebook,” the adaptation of the side story from volume 5. Volumes 13 and 14 followed with the comedy OADs “A Sudden Visitor” and “Distress.”

The prestige bundles came next: the two-part No Regrets, Levi’s origin story, shipped with the special editions of volumes 15 and 16 (2014–2015), and the three Lost Girls episodes with volumes 24, 25 and 26 (2017–2018). Those DVDs were the episodes’ only release for years, which is why the limited editions, not the standard volumes, are the collectible state of the middle run: the book and the cartoon in one box. Other volumes’ special editions carried drama CDs and goods instead; the anime bundles are the eight above.
