Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V and the manga that never came west

ARC-V is the newest and most available series. Behind it stands a whole shelf of Japanese only Yu-Gi-Oh! manga, verified absent in English.

Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, story by Shin Yoshida and art by Naohito Miyoshi, the ZEXAL team, ran in V Jump from 2015 to 2019 in seven volumes. The English edition from Viz, 2017 to 2020, runs from 9781421587622 to 9781974710676, and the Japanese volume one is 9784088806112, recorded from Shueisha's own search result bibliographic block after its product page returned an error, a sourcing detail the census discloses in the record itself. ARC-V is the newest Viz Yu-Gi-Oh! manga and, on a best effort basis, the one besides the 3-in-1 original that reads as in print.

The manga again diverges from its anime: its Yuya, its Phantom and its Genesis Omega Dragon storyline belong to the page. Seven volumes makes it the shortest of the sequel series and, with its print availability, the easiest complete sequel set to assemble in English.

The second half of this page is a verified absence, and it is stated as carefully as any presence in this Library. Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V: Saikyo Duelist Yuya!! by Akihiro Tomonaga, a Saikyo Jump series of two volumes beginning at Japanese 9784088807669, has NO English edition. It does not appear in Viz Media's Yu-Gi-Oh! catalogue, which the census checked directly. It is recorded as NO_EN_EDITION.

The same checked and absent result holds for the rest of the Japanese only shelf: Yu-Gi-Oh! D Team Zexal, the Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS and GO RUSH!! manga, Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Structures, Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Stories and Yu-Gi-Oh! Transcend Game. No Viz English print edition exists for any of them. OCG Structures in particular is often assumed to have one because of its popularity in fan translation; it does not.

For the English collector that absence is the boundary of the set: six Viz series plus the 3-in-1 form of the first is the complete English Yu-Gi-Oh! manga programme as verified in November 2026. Everything beyond it is Japanese only, and this page is the Library's standing record of that line.
