What is the Elden Ring manga?

A gag manga, officially: the Lands Between retold by a luckless Tarnished named Aseo, in English from Yen Press.

Elden Ring: The Road to the Erdtree (黄金樹への道, Ougonju e no Michi) is the official manga adaptation of Elden Ring, drawn by Nikiichi Tobita and serialised by Kadokawa on its Comic Hu and ComicWalker platforms from September 4, 2022. It is deliberately a comedy: the Tarnished Aseo, dropped into Limgrave with almost nothing, blunders through the game’s geography and cast (Melina, Ranni, Blaidd and Patches all appear) while the joke, that this world is lethal and he is not ready, renews itself every chapter.

Yen Press publishes the English edition (volume one in 2023, 178 pages, ISBN 9781975364892), and the run has continued to eight volumes and beyond. A second, full-colour web manga, Elden Ring: Become Lord, told the story straighter and closed at two volumes.
