The short version: Koei Tecmo America presented a new gameplay trailer on November 1 for Omega Force's series finale, a game that covers the anime from its Survey Corps beginnings to its conclusion and launches December 10.

The pitch is completeness. Attack on Titan 3 depicts the entire story of the anime, from beginning to end, with brand new story content alongside it, and combat against the Nine Titans for the first time in the game series. MAPPA, the studio behind the anime's Final Season, is producing the opening sequence, and that sequence will arrive in a later update rather than at launch.

The game launches Thursday, December 10, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, with Japanese audio and text support in nine languages. Digital preorders for the Switch 2 version opened on October 30.

Physical buyers get a SteelBook Launch Edition on all physical platforms, with a SteelBook case and an ICONART reversible print. A Digital Deluxe Edition adds a digital artbook, three costumes, seven creator parts, and more in-game items.

The Collector Angle

The first production run SteelBook is the physical copy to secure in this lane, and it is worth knowing before ordering that the MAPPA opening is a post-launch download, so the launch disc is not the finished presentation. Even with that caveat, one game carrying the whole story makes this the shelf copy of the Attack on Titan games, the one that replaces three earlier partial ones.

On the shelf: the Attack on Titan shelf in the Library. December 10 is on the Calendar.
