What is Nagasakiya Zelda card No. 25?
No. 25 is one of the four confirmed holographic Nagasakiya cards, and the most kinetic of them: young Link lunging directly at the viewer, the Kokiri Sword thrust forward, the Deku Shield on his arm, over a pink and purple marbled holographic field. The Zelda logo sits at the bottom left with a caption naming Link.
The back documents the card completely: No. 25, an item guide panel for the Deku Shield, a points value of 086 and three hearts. Its inset image is worth a second look, because it does not repeat the front art: it shows a different render of Link, aiming a bow.
The card has also passed through the top of the market in graded form, where a major auction house described its finish as rainbow. The same house labelled the set Carddass in that listing, the standard conflation this Library's identification page exists to correct.
Between the lunge, the marbling and the mismatched inset art, No. 25 is the card that teaches the whole set: what the fronts promise, what the backs record, and why every claim about these cards gets checked against a photograph.
