What Spy x Family books are there beyond the manga?

Four kinds of companion books: Aya Yajima's Family Portrait novel, the Eyes Only fanbook, the Animation Art Book, and the anime guidebooks.

The manga's shelf has four companion rows, all documented objects. The first is prose: Spy x Family: Family Portrait, a light novel by Aya Yajima published on July 2, 2021, holding four stand-alone stories and a seven-page short story, with illustrations drawn by Endo. Its chapters send Anya and Damian into the forest on a nature class, give Yuri a day off, Franky a doomed romance, and the family a sitting with a famous painter. Viz published Casey Loe's English translation on December 26, 2023, and the Japanese original became the first Jump J-Books title ever released as an audiobook, in December 2023.

The second row is reference: the Official Fanbook Eyes Only of May 2, 2022, detailed in the shelf below, which Viz published in English on October 3, 2023. The third row is the anime's own paper: an official starter guide, Animation x 1st Mission (April 4, 2022), two Mission Report guidebooks covering each cour of season 1, and the 200-page Animation Art Book of December 2023. A fourth row serves younger readers: Shueisha's Mirai Bunko line novelized the manga itself from May 2023, beginning with Temporary Family.
