What Weekly Shonen Jump issues have JoJo's Bizarre Adventure on the cover?
From the debut in the merged 1987 No.1-2 issue to the final cover in 2004 No.29, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure led the Weekly Shonen Jump cover 24 times across Parts 1 to 7. Every one is pictured below, in order, part by part, checked against both JoJo wiki cover archives, which agree on the list.
The count comes with two honest footnotes. One of the 24 is the Akamaru Jump spring special of 2004, Jump's seasonal sister issue, filed in the cover lists with the 2004 run. And unlike most series on this site, JoJo's Jump story does not end with a final chapter: Steel Ball Run moved to Ultra Jump in 2005, mid-part, so every JoJo cover after 2004 is an Ultra Jump cover, not a Jump one. They belong to a different census.
Beyond the features, JoJo ran in the magazine almost weekly for seventeen years. The JoJo wikis archive the covers of 120 issues from the run, the features above among them; the rest carry the ensemble art and rival series of Jump's golden age, with JoJo inside.

THE MOVE TO ULTRA JUMP
Why this list ends in 2004Steel Ball Run began in Weekly Shonen Jump in early 2004, took a hiatus, and resumed in Ultra Jump in April 2005, where the series has lived ever since, through the rest of Steel Ball Run, all of JoJolion, and into The JoJoLands. So there is no such thing as a 2010 or 2020 Weekly Shonen Jump JoJo cover: the post-2004 covers, more than a dozen Steel Ball Run features alone, are Ultra Jump covers. Anyone selling a later JoJo magazine as a Jump issue has the wrong magazine.
