Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night — the American edition of the game Japan knew as Akumajō Dracula X: Gekka no Yasōkyoku. This is the American box for the 1997, released 3 October 1997. The other release followed on 20 March 1997 in Japan.

No character at all: a black castle silhouette under a purple lightning sky. Europe used Kojima's painting, so it was the US box that dropped it.
