What are Ultra Age and Ultra Artworks?
The series ended; then the archive books arrived.
Two heavyweight volumes closed the publishing story in 2025. Ultra Age: The Final Fan Book was released on 2 May 2025: the last of the official guidebooks, carrying the completed story’s full data, the final word on the cast after the ending. A month later, on 4 June 2025, came Ultra Artworks, the Official Illustration Collection: the decade’s colour work, covers, and promotional art gathered into one volume.
The art-book line began much earlier: the Ultra Archive art book of May 2016, a companion to the first character guide. Viz has licensed Ultra Artworks for English publication in October 2026, making the illustration collection the last first edition of the franchise’s first era, in either language.
