The Genesis RPG Gallery
The cartridge shelf that argued with the CD shelf, in one room.
Sega's RPG story of the 1990s runs in two media at once. On cartridge: the Phantasy Star tetralogy's Genesis chapters, the tactical Shining Force pair, and Warsong, the Langrisser the West received under another name. On CD: the two Lunar games, which used the disc for voice, animation, and the most documented localization practice of the era.
Every cover below is a door to its game's history. Where a regional cover could not be verified at the Library's working standard, the tile says so instead of inventing a pair. Small files are labeled with their size.
